1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, and internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

 

2. Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), this timeframe may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

 

3. Delivery Methods and Costs

 

FREE delivery only in France to a pickup point for orders over €60

 

a) For France
Standard delivery to a pickup point: €4.50, average delivery time 2-3 business days

Standard home delivery: €7, average delivery time 5-7 business days

Express home delivery: €12, average delivery time 1-2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, order amount, and destination.

Delivery is free in France for orders over €60 to a pickup point.

 

b) For the United Kingdom
Standard delivery without insurance EXCLUDING customs fees: €15, delivery time 5 to 7 business days
Standard delivery with insurance EXCLUDING customs fees: €18, delivery time 4 to 6 business days
Express delivery with insurance EXCLUDING customs fees: €22, delivery time 2 business days

 

4. Order tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

You will be able to track your package in real time.

 

5. Delivery delays and problems
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
In case of loss or non-receipt of your package, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date.

6. Receiving your package
Upon receipt, please check the condition of the packaging.

In the event of damage, note your reservations with the carrier and contact us immediately with supporting photos.

7. International Delivery
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the country.
