
Refund Policy
We do everything we can to ensure that every piece of jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, should a problem arise, our team is committed to finding a quick and satisfactory solution.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
The jewelry must be new, unworn, and undamaged.
It must be returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, certificate, etc.).
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are not refundable (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
3. Return Procedure
Contact our customer service department at virginiacieart@gmail.com, specifying your order number.
You will receive return instructions and the address to which you should ship your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once the jewelry has been received and inspected, we will confirm the refund by email.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your jewelry is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos. We will then contact the shipping carrier regarding the insurance purchased with your order.
